Hosting with Cloudflare
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit a page, Cloudflare processes the data technically needed to deliver it:
- your device’s IP address;
- the date and time of the visit;
- the requested address and the page you came from;
- information about your browser and operating system.
The purpose is to deliver the website and protect it against attacks and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and retains it only for as long as necessary for these purposes.
Data may be transferred to the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This transfer is therefore covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision under Article 45 of the GDPR.
When you contact us
If you use our contact form, write to us by email or certified email (PEC), or call us, we use the details you provide, such as your name, contact details and message, solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR where the enquiry concerns a possible commission; otherwise, it is our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention requirements apply.
Contact form
The contact form processes your business name, first and last name, email address and selections about the service you need, your sector and your preferred start date. You may also provide your business website, phone number and a message. We use these details to understand and answer your enquiry.
The form sends your details to a Cloudflare Pages Function on our website. The details are checked there and forwarded to us by email through Brevo. Cloudflare’s processing is described in the section on hosting above. To protect against automated abuse, the form uses an invisible honeypot field and checks the time taken to complete it. No external CAPTCHA service is integrated.
Providers used for messages
We use the following providers to transmit and handle your messages:
- Email: Google Workspace, provided by Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. Google processes messages on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Article 45 of the GDPR). The agreement also provides for the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Article 46 of the GDPR).
- Form delivery: Brevo. This service processes the details entered in the form and our recipient address to deliver your enquiry to us by email. Delivery takes place on the server. Simply visiting the website does not connect your browser to Brevo. Further information is available in Brevo’s privacy policy.
- Certified email (PEC): Aruba PEC S.p.A., Via San Clemente 53, 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG), Italy, as an accredited provider of certified email.
We do not otherwise share your data.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21, described below). An informal message to info@tc-solution.it is sufficient.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Your right to object
Where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 of the GDPR. We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
No automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling. You are not required to provide data, but without it we cannot answer an enquiry.
